Fabrication & Welding Assembly shop

Ehara Industries has a fully equipped Fabrication Shop with an entire range of resistance Welding machines including Spot welding, Seam Welding Machines, a variety of M.I.G. Brazing, MIG Welding, TIG welding machines and Special Purpose welding machines to maintain high quality standards and large volumes.

Leakage Testing Facilities

We have 4 leakage testing machines for 100% testing of fuel tanks.

Powder Coating Facility & Testing Lab

We have Powder coating facility and also houses a well-equipped Laboratory Comprising of Salt Spray Chamber, Hardness Tester, Cross cut Tester, Digital DFT Meters and Millipore Testing Setup, Titration testing, Endurance testing.

Diesel Flushing Setup

We have diesel flushing setup to clean all our fuel tanks to maintain Millipore inside the fuel tank
